I am soooooooo late in posting these pictures but on March 6th, Eric and Easton shared their birthday together!  I wanted to say a special thank you to Aunt Amy who made these fabulous and delicious cakes!

TRIP TO THE PINK PALACE MUSEUM!

We had a great time exploring the museum together as a family!  Easton was very entertaining for all of us.  Seeing the museum through his eyes was so much fun!  He kept running from display to display asking a thousand questions.  His big sisters and big brother were great tour guides!  They were answering his questions and filling his brain with a ton of facts and details.  I can only hope he was able to remember at least some of the information!

He was really interested in the skeletons of animals and humans.  He kept saying. "Why don't they have skin on them?"  Then when we looked at the replicas/statues of animals he asked if they were real.  I told him they were not real and he quickly said, "They must be real they have their skin on."

It was hard to take pictures because you can not use a flash in the museum  but here are the best ones!

Why are we here?

I decided to start a family blog so that I can try to keep track of all of the amazing things God is doing in the life of my family.  It seems like time goes by so quickly and the things you thought you would never forget seem to get forgotten.  I want to try to record some of those precious memories in this blog.  I can not promise to update daily because as you know life can get demanding at times.

At this point in time Eric and I have been married for 18 years.  We will celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary on August 1st.  We have four children who are a blessing from God.

Brenna Grace is our oldest daughter and is 16.  She is a very goal driven young lady and we are proud to be her parents.  She has worked hard and God has blessed her with the opportunity to attend Mississippi School of Math and Science.  She will be moving into the dorms in August and will attend MSMS for her Junior and Senior years.  She is counting down the days and Eric and I are trying to stop the clock from moving so quickly.

Landon is our oldest son and is 14.  He is a very talented young man who we know God has great plans for as he continues on the journey laid out before him.  He is currently playing on the 14yr. old All-Star baseball team and they are preparing for the World Series at the end of July.  He will be headed to High School next year and starting a new chapter in his life.

Alyssa is our youngest daughter and is 11 but will be 12 on July 17th.  She has such an amazing gift of friendship and a positive outlook at all times.  It is such a joy to be her parents and we look forward to seeing the spectacular plans God has for her life.  She loves Girl Scouts and is at Choir Camp this week  along with her big sister Brenna.

Easton is our youngest son and is five years old.  He is such an intelligent little guy and if he could have his way he would spend all day fishing or playing baseball.  He has been spending the week with his Grandparents and we can't wait to have him home.  He will be starting KG in August and will get to be at school with me. (I am very excited about that)

Well, this is just a little slice of our family but I hope to keep adding on as we ride this roller coaster of life.

Our Four Blessings
